EXCLUSIVE Never-before-seen photos from Epstein’s 50th birthday album give disturbing glimpse into his raunchy relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell along with Donald Trump’s Lewd Birthday Letter

Swimming naked in a pool with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell smiles broadly and winks at the camera.

It is an extraordinary and brazen image that is the most explicit yet from their twisted relationship, which centered around the pedophile’s need to have sex with minors.

Epstein, who is naked too, holds Maxwell by the arms and leans into her neck in the image, which was included in his 50th birthday book.

Compiled by Maxwell in 2003, she handwrote a note on the photo which reads: ‘Happy birthday, love, Ghislaine.’

Mercifully, a large black box redacts the most explicit part of the image: Maxwell’s breasts and her private parts.

While much of the attention on the birthday book has been about the entry supposedly written by Donald Trump, the image of Maxwell and Epstein is a reminder of how close they once were.

The pair dated for a few years in the 1990s after the death of Maxwell’s father Robert, a British media tycoon who died after falling off his yacht in mysterious circumstances in the Canary Islands in 1991.

Just 19 days later, Maxwell was photographed at the Plaza Hotel in New York at a memorial for him – with hungry eyes locked on Epstein.

It was the start of a relationship which would bring him connections to the world’s elite, financial security to her and hundreds of underage girls for Epstein’s sick appetites.

The photo of the pair of them in the pool is undated but appears to have been from the 1990s, and it is not the only naked photo of Ghislaine that Epstein had.

When Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida, mansion was raided by police in 2006 they found numerous images of Maxwell sunbathing naked.

His victims have described in court cases how Maxwell normalizing nudity and massages was a key part of making them feel like they were safe – only for them to be abused.

During their time together they traveled around on his fleet of private jets to his lavish homes in New York, New Mexico, Paris and later his private island in the US Virgin Islands.

During Maxwell’s later trial for sex trafficking, Juan Alessi, the house manager at Epstein’s Palm Beach home from 1992 to 2002, called Maxwell the ‘Lady of the house’.

He said: ‘From the day she came to the house, she right away took over, and she mentioned to me she was going to be the lady of the house. Also, she was in charge of other homes, other properties.’

From the outside, their life must have seemed impossibly glamorous.

Photos from this time show them partying with the likes of Donald Trump: a video from 1992 shows Epstein doubling over while the President says something about a woman while the pair were at Mar-a-Lago, his Florida estate.

Bill Clinton flew numerous times on Epstein’s planes including a bizarre trip to Africa 2002 for humanitarian work with Maxwell on board, along with Kevin Spacey and the comedian Chris Tucker.

Epstein and Maxwell appear to have sought distance from each other in 2006 when he was investigated by police in Palm Beach, Florida.

That led to his sweetheart plea deal in 2008 where he admitted soliciting a minor for prostitution and served 15 months in prison.

Maxwell began dating Ted Waitt, the billionaire co-founder of Gateway Computers but Epstein kept her close and he helped to found her do nothing ocean conservation nonprofit, TerraMar, in 2012.

By 2013, Maxwell had moved on to Scott Borgerson, a dashing former US Coast Guard officer, whom she would later marry.

Epstein was arrested in 2019 and hanged himself before trial.
