Prince William finally reacts to new backstage selfie with Taylor Swift

In a joyfully candid moment, Prince William was even spotted breaking out some ‘dad dancing’ moves to his old friend’s performance of Shake It Off.

And royal fans were quick to share their happiness at spotting the future King enjoying a tender moment with his children.

One said: ‘William puts his hands on Charlotte and George… He’s so protective with his kids.’And another added: ‘Love how Prince William keeps a protective hand on his children.’

Taylor kicked off the London leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium last night, performing to fans, celebrities and politicians alike – as well as her American footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Prince William and megastar Swift have long known each other – the pair shared the stage at Kensington Palace to perform Livin’ On A Prayer with Jon Bon Jovi at a charity event in 2013.
