Dave Bautista, a former WWE wrestler and actor, has recently revealed that he lost 50 pounds, which he gained for his role in the 2023 film “Knock at the Cabin.
He said that he had to get back in shape for his next project, so he brought in a trainer and started doing jiu-jitsu, which helped him shed the extra weight
However, he also lost a lot of muscle in the process, which he’s okay with because he feels more comfortable now.
