My understanding of divorce is that she can claim half of what Harry has providing she has contributed to it. She can also claim the home if there are children involved but I have never heard that the man’s father has to pay the woman anything. As the King is head of the judiciary,I don’t think she stands a chance of getting anything from Charles. The judges are all the Kings judges. I think she still doesn’t know anything about how the royal family work. Can you imagine a US divorce lawyer taking on the King of Britain. I’d love to see them try.
