Brad Pitt and his partner Ines de Ramon made their relationship official at the Venice Film Festival over the weekend. The 60-year-old actor and 34-year-old jewellery designer were seen hand-in-hand at the Italian festival on Sunday, joined by Brad’s long-time friend George Clooney, 63, and his wife Amal Clooney, 46.

The double date was for a screening of Wolfs, a film starring both Brad and George, at the international film festival in Venice. The group posed together for photos at the event, as well as with their respective partners.George, who has been friends with Brad for many years, wore a traditional black suit with a white shirt and black bow tie. His wife, international human rights lawyer Amal, modelled a corset-style yellow dress The long-time friends portray professional fixers who are compelled to collaborate when they’re hired for the same job. A synopsis for the film, set to release on September 20, teases: “[George] plays a professional fixer hired to cover up a high-profile crime. But when a second fixer [played by Brad] shows up and the two ‘lone wolves’ are forced to work together, they find their night spiralling out of control in ways that neither one of them expected.”

Brad’s relationship with Ines – formerly married to Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley – is believed to be his first significant romance since his separation from Angelina Jolie. Brad and Angelina, parents to six children, parted ways in 2016 before embarking on protracted divorce proceedings.
